Hello fans of Rogers!  Augusta had a little set back due to mother nature and the rainy weather the past couple weeks but now that we’ve had some dry days the road crews are hard at work getting the curbs and gravel/road fill in so they can pave the roads on 11/12/15 (weather pending of course).  Once the roads are paved than the flood gates will open and building can start!

Hello to all of you who have been patiently waiting for this new exciting neighborhood coming to Rogers!!  Our team met with the builders today, 10/13/15, and learned that the streets will soon be in which means almost time to build!  Phase 1 of the Augusta Prairie project originally consisted of 19 total lots, Addilay Homes (the developer/builder) has 9 of those lots left and we are taking lot holds now!

Over the next 2 – 3 weeks you will see a lot happening at Augusta.  Final fill and gutters will be installed along with the first lift of the street paved.  Signs and markers will be placed on the lots to easily read lot lines and we should have some colored renderings of the beautiful 2 story and Rambler homes we will be building.
